Historic Trackside Retreat, Charming Getaway

Comfy, cosy and beautiful. Positive: The property is immaculate and the decor is gorgeous. The beds are massive and so comfy and the house is really cosy. The kids also had a great time watching the trains pass by throughout the day. Negative: It’s a shame there’s only one bathroom given the house can sleep up to 6 but it was manageable.

Positive: Honestly the house is beautiful, clean , cosy and everything you want in a home away from home. They have thought of everything down to every utensil you need to cook with etc, you even have sky TV and sky cinema. The WiFi was excellent and the house was warm and cozy. Negative: I know it's a trackside retreat but the top floor, the room actually shakes from the trains and it sounds like they are in the room with you. I had to go out and buy earplugs so moving forward I think they should be complimentary. That's the only downside.
