Modern 2 bedroom penthouse with free parking

Best view appartments Positive: Brilliant communication between myself and the team who look after the guests.. Very high end of finishing in the apartment. Everything you could need as in cooking' entertainment'etc.. Location very good if you have a car... Taxi into the city only 6 quid.. And only up that a little come later hours.. The pub Vinnys.. At the end of the block.. Great for football fans.. And the owner real gentleman.. And cheap beer.. Always a bonus.. And many eateris near by... The apartment has a pool smart TV in every room.. The heating was easy to use. The shower great.. Seating very comfortable.. Big area inside the apartment.. Got to say the mattresses were so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed. There is a microwave.. A new cooker.. A washing machine.. Dishwasher.. Fridge freezer. The area although on a very busy road at times was a nice area and quiet.. And the people seemed very nice.. There is a balcony with an outdoor suite. 2 chairs and a table.. Very high as your are in the penthouse.. And the views of the mountains surrounding you are stunning.. Look across from the main bedroom window to see Stirling Castle.. Beautiful.. We paid under 400 pound for 3 if us.. 2 double beds so could of been 2 couples.. Very spacious rooms nice and warm.. The whole place has wood flooring so a very modern look and feel. There is a regular bus into town just outside.. The parking is off road and spacious and well marked for the apartment and in Stirling a good link to Edinburgh 12 quid return very cheap.. And Stirling as a very busy town with lots of bars and restaurants.. So overall a very enjoyable stay and a great time had Negative: The only 2 things that people may be put off by are the 6 flights of stairs no lift if old are disabled could be a bother. And the look of the carpet on the stairs very dirty.. Really needs replaced or cleaned.. And I must say when we were going up the stairs made us worry to the state of the accommodation.. But we were so wrong.. Because the flat was spotless and has a lovely smell from the air fresheners..

The property was clean, comfortable with great view and good location. Positive: It was great stay with great view. Negative: I was it one floor lower.

Wasn’t worth the climb 5 flights of stairs especially not being able to sit out although not much to see of wallace monu Positive: The beds were comfortable with good linen Negative: 1. On entering the block the carpets were very stained and dirty and all up the stairs 2. Very pungent cooking smell throughout the block even up into the flat 3. Main bedroom no cord for small window blind so had to have it permanently down as no cord to roll back up 4. Couldn’t get out the balcony door hey wouldn’t unlock - good job none of us were smokers 5. Blinds broken on the balcony window 6. lots of scuffs on suite and furniture and some walls 7. Beds very comfy with nice bedding 8. Very noisy and busy road outside 9. Racket from pub next door glass bins being filled or emptied Saturday morning about 7am 10. Only 1 and a bit toilet rolls 11. Wine glasses need replenished 12. Sparce welcome basket - no milk either

Enjoyable Stay Positive: Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, hosts where welcoming and good communication. The Apartment is in a good location, can even see Stirling castle from bedroom and the walk to town is a 30min walk or there's a 5 min bus into town just round corner from apartment Negative: Nothing we disliked, a air fryer and abit more counter space in kitchen would be nice addition but the kitchen is still good, no faults with anything else
